NISYRIO is happy to collaborate with Sports Paths and Nisyros Coast Guard in order to implement a creative workshop about up-cycling waste with the kids of the island. After having collected empty plastic bottles, we created a raft with over 250 bottles. Our goal is to raise awareness about recycling and up-cycling of plastic waste, share knowledge with the kids, support creativity by making them part of the procedure.  The raft will remain available at Agios Savvas beach all summer long to be used by minors – with the supervision of adults – and adults of course!

Sports Paths are organised by Regeneration & Progress and Sports Excellence organisations, under the scientific supervision of the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the exclusive financial support of Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
